Shipping policy

At WILD HONEY FLOWERS, we are committed to delivering your order safely, quickly, and in the best condition possible. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic locations within Singapore

  • Select international destinations

If your country or region is not listed at checkout, please contact us at hello@wildhoneyflowers@sg, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During busy seasons, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic orders: 2–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days (depending on the destination and customs processing)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly through the courier’s website.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)

WILD HONEY FLOWERS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international shipment. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or import duties) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of order.

7. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the damaged product(s)

  • Your order number

We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund.

If your package is lost in transit and tracking confirms non-delivery, please notify us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
