At WILD HONEY FLOWERS, every arrangement is crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

All products sold are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

Damages & Issues

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

Our team will review the case and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
